What messages you'll receive

If you opt in with your mobile number, you will receive operational text messages about your cleaning service and your account — for example invoice notices, service and schedule updates, quality-inspection results, and reminders. These are account and service messages, not marketing.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity and the notifications you have turned on.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also turn text notifications off from your account's notification settings inside the app.

Your privacy

Your mobile number is used only to send you the service and account messages described above. We never sell or share your phone number, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.
